Local Missouri food featured at MU

Columbia, MO – Campus Dining Services is hosting a Taste of Missouri event to celebrate local food and farms. The diner will be held on Wednesdau, Sept. 28, at Rollins, Pavilion @ Dobbs, Plaza 900 and Mark Twain Market. Featured local businesses include Les Bourgeois, Troutdale Farm, Buck's Ice Cream Parlor and Missouri Food 4 Missouri People.

And the food? Smoked Missouri legacy beef, bacon-wrapped pork loin, caprese ravioli with monterey cream sauce and chocolate bourbon pecan pie, to name a few. See the complete menu below.
