A sold-out crowd enjoyed An Evening of Fine Dining on Saturday, Febraury 13. Those who attended a 5-course meal, which included Pancetta and Parmesan Arancini with Roasted Tomato Chutney, Squash and Fennel Soup with Crème Fraiche and Candied Pumpkin Seeds, Ginger-Poached Pear with Acai Syrup and Roasted Pistachios, Seared Beef Filet and Butter-Poached Shrimp with Horseradish Potatoes and Glazed Vegetables, and White and Dark Chocolate Mousse.
