Last week, Chef Brent Mannebach prepared a delicious 4-course meal for a sold out crowd inside the Culinary Development Kitchen. Every menu item featured some form of chocolate, and every bite was absolutely phenomenal.

The menu included:

  • Cocoa Rubbed Baby Back Ribs
  • Leek and Fennel Bisque with Cocoa Butter Croutons
  • Cocoa Nib Crusted Duck Breast, Celery Root Puree, Glazed Vegetables
  • Death By Chocolate
