Last week’s Culinary Discovery Series dinner was May the 4th Be With You, and it was hosted by Student Center Chef (and massive Star Wars fan) Joe Moroni. The menu included some wild dishes, including Alderaanian Apple Caviar with English Cheddar & Death Star Short Bread, Beef & Pork Kabobs with Caramelized Kale Roasted Vegetables & Sauce Robert, Calamari Noodles with Lemon Garlic Butter & Seafood Risotto, Chicken Mouse Brulee with Parmesan Foam & Tomato Broccoli Noodles, Beso of Raspberry, Cherry, & Strawberry Ice Cream, Flash Frozen Chantilly Cream & Berry Granola.
