On Tuesday, October 4, Chef Eric Cartwright prepared over ten classic German dishes to a sold-out crowd during Oktoberfest.

The menu included Brezen (Bavarian Pretzels), Obatzda (Creamy Cheese Dip), Gurkensalat (Cucumber Salad), Würst (Sausages), Brathendl (Roast Chicken), Käsespätzle (Cheese Dumplings), Sauerkraut (Fermented Cabbage), Rotkohl (Braised Red Cabbage), Kartoffelpuffer (Potato Pancakes), and finishing off the evening with Bienenstich (Buttered Almond Cake).
