Last night, Executive Chef Eric Cartwright prepared a delicious 5-course meal that highlighted some favorites of the South! The menu included Fried Green Tomatoes, Pimento Cheddar, Edwards’ Country Ham, Shrimp and Oyster Purloo, Watermelon Salad, Smoked Pork Shoulder, Sweet Potato Casserole, Cornbread and Buttermilk Pie.
