We hope you all enjoyed the Winter Celebration on Tuesday evening. The delicious menu included Holiday Nog, Smoked Trout Mousse, Chopped Kale Salad, Lobster Bisque, Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon, Bulgur with Chickpeas & Mint, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Peanut Brittle and a whole lot more. Plaza 900 even beat a record for the most students to dine in during dinner!
Also, shoutout to Chef Clint at Pavilion at Pavilion at Dobbs for using his personal smoker for the Prime Rib! It was absolutely delicious!
