Last night, Chef Joe Moroni took a sold-out crowd through his Tour of Italy. The event broke the record for fastest sell out in Culinary Discovery Series history, and once you see the menu, you’ll know why! Chef Joe prepared Antipasto, Italian Wedding Soup, Mascarpone & Lemon Gnocchi with Sage Butter, Seared Scallop and Fluke with Lemon Beurre Blanc and Mushroom Risotto Berry, and then a Zabaglione for dessert.
