The first Culinary Discovery Event of the semester, Missouri Harvest, took place last night, and was a huge hit to those in attendance. The delicious menu was prepared by Executive Chef Eric Cartwright and Chef Joe Moroni using local vegetables, eggs, cheeses and meats from the Missouri farms that we work with on a regular basis at our dining locations.

Special guests Dr. Scroggs, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Chancellor Loftin and his wife Karin were also in attendance.

Those interested in attending a future Culinary Discovery Series event should stay tuned to the Culinary Development Kitchen website for updates!
