On Thursday, December 3, Chef Clint Eastin hosted Night on the Bayou inside the Culinary Development Kitchen. A sold-out crowd enjoyed a delicious menu that included Gulf Oysters, Crab and Shrimp Gumbo, Cajun Pork Trio, Blackened Tilefish, Maque Choux, Crawfish and Corn Fritters, and Bananas Foster.
