It’s been a fun week at Rollins! Both of our NACUFS interns, Alex and Anna, planned and implemented their own special event.
On Tuesday evening, Beach Coast Blast took place at Rollins. The menu included some great beach-themed items like peach iced tea, tequila-lime chicken wings, mango salsa and grilled fruit kabobs.
On Friday morning we had our French Toast Fest. This delicious menu included savory ham french toast, strawberry and walnut stuffed french toast, baked apple french toast and a ‘build you own’ area with assorted toppings. It was a sweet way to start the day, and we had to try everything at least once.
