The third Culinary Discovery Series event, Tastes of the Middle East, was presented by Chef Joe Moroni last night, and it was an absolute hit. The menu, which included Feta Crisp, Feta Cheese with Preserved Lemons, Rosemary, Olives and Fried Flat Bread, Hummus with Sautéed Mushrooms and Pumpkin Seed Lavash, Smoked Salmon Caprese Salad, Spiced Lamb Meatballs with Sofrito and Freekah and Blood Orange Olive Oil Cake, was enjoyed by all of those in attendance.
