Guest Chef Barry Greenberg hosted last night’s Culinary Discovery Series event, and the 6-course meal was absolutely phenomenal. The menu included Pan Seared Scallop with Spiced Candied Bacon and Johnny Cake, Matzo Ball Soup, Grilled and smoked Octopus ‘Takoyaki’, Duck and Waffles with a Fried Brussels Sprouts Salad, Andouille Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, and Grilled Nutella Fluffernutter, with Maple Ice Cream and Pretzel Walnut Crumble. The sold-out crowd left very full and happy, to say the least!
