On-Campus Dining Plans

First-time and returning students with a housing contract will be automatically assigned the Tiger Select plan. But don’t worry — you’re not locked in. You can adjust your plan during the first three weeks of the semester.

Tiger Essentials

• Cost: $1,760 per semester  
• Includes:  
  • $1,760 Dining Dollars per semester  
• Approximately 9 meals per week  

Tiger Select*

• Cost: $2,350 per semester  
• Includes:  
  • 5 Tiger Taps per week  
    For use at dining halls: The MARK on 5th Street, Plaza 900 
  • $1,370 Dining Dollars per semester  
• Approximately 12 meals per week

*Default plan automatically assigned to students with housing contracts 

Tiger Advantage

• Cost: $3,640 per semester  
• Includes:  
  • 8 Tiger Taps per week  
    For use at dining halls: The MARK on 5th Street, Plaza 900
  • $2,050 Dining Dollars per semester  
• Approximately 19 meals per week  

Off-Campus Dining Plan

Living off campus this semester but don’t want to cook every meal? There’s a Mizzou Meals dining plan just for you.

Off-Campus Dining Plan

• Cost: $940 per semester  
• Includes: $1,000 Dining Dollars per semester
  Dining Dollars will not roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester if a student does not maintain an active dining plan in the spring semester.
• Approximately 5 meals per week 

Good to Know

What are Tiger Taps? 

• One Tiger Tap = one dining hall entry.
• Tiger Taps can only be used at dining halls (The MARK on 5th Street, Plaza 900).  
• New Tiger Taps are loaded at 12:01 a.m. every Sunday. Unused Tiger Taps expire at midnight every Saturday.

What are Dining Dollars? 

• Tap-to-pay, flexible spending account with a declining balance.  
• Dining Dollars can be used at all Campus Dining Services locations, including Mizzou Markets. 
• Additional Dining Dollars may be purchased at any point during the semester. Tiger Essentials plan holders may add up to $200 additional Dining Dollars per semester. Tiger Select and Tiger Advantage plan holders may add unlimited Dining Dollars per semester. 
• Dining Dollars only roll over from the fall semester if a student maintains an active dining plan in the spring semester. All Dining Dollars expire at the end of the spring semester. Summer Dining Dollars expire on the last day of summer meal plans. Students can check their balance anytime.
