How Gold Cash works
Gold Cash can be used at all Campus Dining Services locations. To get started, simply deposit money into your Gold Cash account and use your Mizzou ID card to make purchases. Your ID card then works like a debit card, and purchases are deducted from your Gold Cash balance with each transaction. If you have a newer ID, you may tap to pay.

- 25% off at dining halls (Plaza 900 and The MARK on 5th Street)
- 20% off at all restaurant and café locations, including Baja Grill, Mort’s, Savor Kitchen and Wheatstone Bistro
- 10% off at Mizzou Markets and campus Starbucks locations
*Gold Cash is accepted at all third-party vendor locations, e.g., Panda Express, Panera Bread and Sunshine Sushi. Discounts do not apply at these locations unless otherwise noted above.
FAQs
All Mizzou faculty and staff, MU Health Care staff and UM System employees are eligible to use Gold Cash. (MU Health Care employees will need to get a campus ID.)
There are four ways to add funds to your Gold Cash:
- You can use payroll deduction (preferred).
- For one-time deposits, please visit TigerCardManager.
- You can visit the Campus Dining Services main office (900 Virginia Ave). Enter through the Plaza 900 doors. The main office is located on the second floor.
- You can also use the Get Mobile app.
Gold Cash does not expire. Deposits made to Gold Cash will remain until you use them or you request a refund of unused dollars.
