Campus Dining Services (CDS) provides dining options for university-sponsored camps, conferences and visiting groups throughout the year. Whether your group is on campus for a summer camp, academic program, conference or special program, our team can help coordinate meal service that fits your group’s size, schedule and dining needs.
Dining services may include access to residential dining halls, restaurants, boxed lunches, catered meals or a combination of service models depending on availability and operational capacity. Below are the two most commonly used options.
Dining hall option
- A set number of meals are loaded onto a conference card or room key
- The card can be used at the assigned dining hall
Prepaid option
- A set dollar amount is added to each conference card or room key
- Each purchase is deducted from the card balance
- The card can be used at all Campus Dining Services locations
Helpful Planning Information
To help us accommodate your group successfully, please review the following planning guidelines:
- Advance notice is strongly encouraged, especially during summer camp and conference season.
- Final guaranteed attendance counts are typically required prior to the first meal service date.
- Minimum participation requirements may apply depending on the requested dining location or service model.
- Meal pricing varies based on meal period, group size and service type.
- Payment instructions and billing details will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee dining space or availability.
Allergy information
We are happy to work with you in order to accommodate specific dietary needs. You’ll be able to pre-order a meal that meets your dietary restrictions. Learn more about navigating dietary restrictions at your camp or conference.
