On Tuesday, May 3, Porkapalooza returns to the Culinary Development Kitchen for a fantastic evening with even better food! Guest Chef Neel Sahni, from the National Pork Board, will be preparing a number of pork delicacies. This event won’t be like events in the past, as we won’t be taking reservations, and the seats will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Going to be on campus this summer? Campus Dining Services offers a number of dining plan options to make sure you won't go hungry before or after class. Plaza 900 will be open during both Summer Sessions, and will be offering a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
